We review live-in chef, scheduled visiting-chef and recurring meal-prep requirements. The right structure depends on location, schedule, responsibilities and the household’s operating routine.

Can you confirm a chef immediately?

Accepted Answer

No. Each brief is reviewed for feasibility, role conditions and chef fit. An enquiry does not guarantee availability, an introduction or a placement.

How are dietary or medical requirements handled?

Do not send medical records or detailed health information through the first enquiry form. Safety-critical requirements are reviewed later through an appropriate, separately agreed process.

What happens after I submit an enquiry?

Cheffarm first clarifies the location, service model, schedule, household size, responsibilities and decision-makers. Only a feasible and sufficiently clear brief moves to chef review.

How are chefs reviewed?

Relevant experience, working style, availability and the conditions of the role are considered together. Interviews, references or additional checks may be requested when relevant.

Is Cheffarm OS already operating the service automatically?

Accepted Answer

No. Cheffarm is not an open marketplace and does not assign chefs automatically. HQ privately curates Partner Chefs, while Cheffarm OS remains a pilot support tool for briefs, nutrition-informed menu drafts, schedules and feedback. Critical decisions remain subject to human approval.

When are price and contract terms confirmed?

Compensation, service fees, responsibilities, duration, visa, accommodation, insurance and other conditions must be confirmed in writing for the specific role or service.

Question 9

Who can apply as a Korean Partner Chef?

Accepted Answer

Professional chefs with relevant kitchen experience may submit the Korean-language application. Fit depends on the actual role, mobility, communication needs and agreed conditions.

Question 10

Does an application guarantee work in the UAE or GCC?

Accepted Answer

No. An application is an internal review record only. It does not guarantee employment, partnership, an interview or placement.

Question 11

Should I submit a passport or health information?

Accepted Answer

No. Do not submit passport or national ID numbers, medical information, banking data or another person’s private information in the first application.
