How it works

One brief,
clear decisions.

The purpose of the process is to reduce ambiguity for both the household and the chef before a service or role begins.

Operating flow

From an enquiry to an agreed service

An enquiry is the start of a review, not a promise of availability, an introduction or a placement.

  1. 01

    Household brief

Location, service model, timing, household size, responsibilities and decision-makers are clarified.

  2. 02

    HQ feasibility review

Cheffarm HQ reviews the scope, operating conditions and information still needed before any candidate discussion.

  3. 03

    Curated Partner Chef review

Relevant experience, working style, availability and the actual conditions of the role are considered privately—never through automatic assignment.

  4. 04

    Confirmation and final approval

The household confirms its choice and Cheffarm gives final approval only after responsibilities, schedule, compensation, service fees and other duties are documented.

  5. 05

    Service, oversight and feedback

The Partner Chef delivers the agreed service. Where assigned, a Manager Chef coordinates trials, menu review, quality and operating issues before changes enter the next cycle.

Responsibilities

Important conditions remain specific to each arrangement

  • Employment, contractor or service structure
  • Compensation, service fees and payment timing
  • Visa, accommodation, insurance and transportation duties
  • Confidentiality, household security and kitchen access
  • Replacement, cancellation and notice arrangements
