Cheffarm Co., Ltd. (“Cheffarm”, “we”) handles information submitted through this website only for the purposes described below. This policy covers the active household, partnership, general-enquiry and Korean-chef application forms.
1. Purposes and information collected

We use these details to review and respond to the relevant enquiry or application. We do not accept résumé, passport or certificate file uploads through this site.
2. Consent and system records
Each form displays its purpose, required and optional fields, retention period and the effect of refusing consent. New records include a reference number, consent notice version and timestamp, a server-generated snapshot of the notice actually displayed together with the required-consent and optional operator-alert choices, form language, source path, submission and update time, expiry date and a random idempotency key used to prevent duplicate records. The record also stores whether an optional alert was queued, skipped because runtime configuration was unavailable, or not requested. When an alert is queued, a separate D1 outbox stores only the minimum alert payload, a provider idempotency key and limited delivery state. Legacy records are not given a reconstructed snapshot or queued retroactively.
3. Operator email alerts and overseas processing
Only when operator notifications are configured and the submitter gives the separate optional consent shown on the form, Cheffarm atomically stores the submission and a minimum-data alert in its D1 outbox, then attempts delivery through Resend. If configuration is disabled or incomplete at submission time, no alert is queued for later delivery. Submitted names, contact details, message contents and user-entered form metadata are intentionally excluded.

Details are available in Resend's Data Processing Addendum, region and data-residency documentation, email-retention documentation and official subprocessor list. Resend may use the listed subprocessors to provide the service, including Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) for web application firewall services. This is separate from Cloudflare, Ltd. (United Kingdom), which supports ChatGPT Sites hosting below.
4. Optional analytics and overseas processing
Cheffarm uses a standard Google Analytics 4 web property only after you expressly opt in to optional analytics. Before consent, the Google tag is not loaded and no Analytics data is sent. Enhanced measurement and Google Signals are disabled, and ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization remain denied. Cheffarm does not send a manual page_view event. Only after the server confirms that an enquiry or application was stored, Cheffarm sends one generate_lead event whose only Cheffarm-added product parameter is form_type. GA4 may also generate default automatic events, including first_visit, session_start and user_engagement. We do not send submitted names, email addresses, telephone numbers, messages, other form contents or submission references to GA4. The Google products and services data-sharing option is disabled. Cheffarm does not read, parse, retain or transmit UTM campaign values. Raw query strings, fragments and referrers are not sent to GA4. After consent, the only product event Cheffarm sends directly is one generate_lead event after confirmed storage, containing only form_type. You may refuse or withdraw analytics consent at any time.
5. Current Gmail contact, overseas processing and planned company email
Cheffarm currently receives and retains direct contact messages in the operator's Gmail mailbox under a Google Account, likeseongsu@gmail.com. This is also the operator-recipient mailbox for the minimum-data Resend alerts described in section 3. Google Workspace and the planned hello@cheffarmos.com, privacy@cheffarmos.com and partnerships@cheffarmos.com addresses are not active, and no correspondence is currently routed through them. Before activating those services, Cheffarm will verify the actual contract and billing entity and applicable data-processing terms, update this policy, and provide any notice or consent required by law.

6. Sensitive information
Do not submit medical or allergy records, health or disability details, passport or national ID numbers, visa numbers, banking information or another person’s private information in an initial enquiry. If safety-critical information is needed at a later stage, Cheffarm will use a separately appropriate notice and consent process.
7. Retention and deletion
New form records receive an expiry date 365 days after submission. Expired records are excluded from the operator view and deletion is attempted when the submission service or operator view next runs. This activity-triggered deletion may occur after the exact expiry moment if the service receives no activity. Sent and terminal-failure notification outbox records are similarly deleted after 30 days when either activity occurs; all other associated outbox records are deleted with the submission. You may request earlier deletion at any time. A short-lived anti-abuse hash becomes inactive after ten minutes and is deleted during later submission or authorised operator activity; the original IP address is not stored in the submission record. Provider disaster-recovery history may retain a recoverable copy for up to 30 additional days depending on the D1 plan and is not used as an active submission record.
8. Hosting and processing outside Korea
Overseas processing through ChatGPT Sites is necessary to operate the hosted forms, store and secure records, and respond to the submitter. It is disclosed under Article 28-8(1)(3) of Korea's Personal Information Protection Act as processing necessary to conclude or perform the requested service relationship.

Details are maintained in OpenAI's ChatGPT Sites Terms, ChatGPT Sites Data Processing Addendum and official subprocessor list. OpenAI also states in its Sites residency guidance that data residency is not supported.
For essential site security, Cloudflare may set the __cf_bm cookie. It is a strictly necessary bot-management cookie, expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity and is not used as a cross-site or cross-session user identifier. Cloudflare states that cookie data may be processed in a United States data centre by default. See Cloudflare's cookie documentation.
9. Sharing and access
Submission records are available only to authorised operator accounts. We do not disclose a record to a household, chef or other third party for a potential service or role without first explaining the intended sharing and obtaining any further consent required.
10. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent or restriction of handling. We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request concerns you.

각 접수의 검토와 회신을 위해 사용하며, 이 웹사이트에서는 이력서, 여권, 자격증 파일을 업로드받지 않습니다.
2. 동의와 시스템 기록
각 폼에는 목적, 필수·선택 항목, 보유기간, 동의 거부권과 거부 시 영향을 직접 표시합니다. 새 접수에는 접수번호, 동의문 버전·시각, 실제 표시한 고지의 서버 생성 스냅샷과 필수 수집 동의·선택 운영자 알림 동의 결과, 폼 언어, 접수 경로·시각, 수정 시각, 만료일과 중복 방지를 위한 무작위 키가 기록됩니다. 선택 알림이 큐에 등록되었는지, 실행환경 설정 미비로 건너뛰었는지 또는 요청하지 않았는지도 기록합니다. 알림이 등록되면 별도 D1 outbox에는 최소 알림 페이로드, 제공자 중복 방지 키와 제한된 전달 상태만 저장합니다. 기존 접수에는 당시 고지를 추정해 소급 기록하거나 알림을 소급 등록하지 않습니다.
3. 운영자 이메일 알림 및 국외 처리위탁
운영자 알림 기능이 설정되어 있고 제출자가 폼의 별도 선택 동의에 동의한 경우에만, 회사는 접수와 최소 정보 알림을 D1 outbox에 원자적으로 저장한 뒤 Resend 전달을 시도합니다. 제출 시점에 설정이 비활성 또는 미완성인 경우 나중에 보내기 위한 알림을 등록하지 않습니다. 제출자의 이름, 연락처, 자유기재 내용과 사용자가 입력한 폼 메타데이터는 의도적으로 제외합니다.

4. 선택 분석 및 국외 처리
Cheffarm은 방문자가 선택 분석에 명시적으로 동의한 경우에만 표준 Google Analytics 4 웹 속성을 사용합니다. 동의 전에는 Google 태그를 불러오지 않으며 Analytics 데이터를 전송하지 않습니다. 향상된 측정과 Google Signals는 비활성화하고, ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization은 거부 상태로 유지합니다. Cheffarm은 수동 page_view 이벤트를 전송하지 않습니다. 서버가 문의 또는 지원서의 저장 성공을 확인한 뒤generate_lead 이벤트를 1회 전송하며, Cheffarm이 추가하는 유일한 제품 매개변수는 form_type입니다. 다만 GA4는 first_visit, session_start, user_engagement 등 기본 자동 이벤트를 생성할 수 있습니다. 제출한 이름, 이메일주소, 전화번호, 메시지, 그 밖의 양식 내용 및 접수번호는 GA4로 전송하지 않습니다. Google 제품 및 서비스 데이터 공유 옵션은 비활성화되어 있습니다. Google이 Google 서비스를 사용하는 사이트 또는 앱의 정보를 사용하는 방법을 확인할 수 있습니다.

Cheffarm은 UTM 캠페인 값을 읽거나 파싱·보관·전송하지 않습니다. 쿼리 문자열·프래그먼트·리퍼러 원문도 GA4로 전송하지 않습니다. 동의 후 Cheffarm이 직접 전송하는 제품 이벤트는 저장 성공이 확인된 뒤form_type만 담아 1회 보내는 generate_lead뿐이며, 분석 동의는 언제든 거부하거나 철회할 수 있습니다.
5. 현재 Gmail 수신·국외 처리 및 회사 이메일 도입 예정
회사는 현재 Google 계정의 운영자 Gmail 수신함인 likeseongsu@gmail.com에서 직접 이메일 문의를 수신·보관합니다. 이 수신함은 제3절의 최소정보 Resend 알림을 받는 운영자 수신함이기도 합니다. Google Workspace와 도입 예정 주소인 hello@cheffarmos.com, privacy@cheffarmos.com, partnerships@cheffarmos.com은 현재 활성화되지 않았고, 해당 주소를 통한 메일 수신·전달도 이루어지지 않습니다. 회사는 실제 계약·결제 법인과 데이터 처리 조건을 확인하고 이 방침을 개정한 뒤, 법령상 필요한 고지 또는 동의 절차를 거쳐 해당 서비스를 활성화합니다.

6. 민감정보 입력 금지
초기 문의·지원에 건강·알레르기 기록, 질환·장애 정보, 여권·주민등록· 비자번호, 금융정보 또는 제3자의 비공개 정보를 작성하지 마세요. 이후 안전상 필요한 정보가 있으면 별도의 적절한 고지와 동의 절차를 사용합니다.
7. 보유기간과 파기
새 접수에는 접수일로부터 365일 뒤 만료일이 설정됩니다. 만료된 기록은 운영자 화면에서 제외되며 접수 서비스 또는 운영자 화면이 다음에 실행될 때 삭제를 시도합니다. 서비스 활동이 전혀 없으면 정확한 만료 시점보다 실제 삭제가 늦어질 수 있습니다. 발송 완료·최종 실패 알림 outbox 기록도 같은 활동 발생 시 30일 뒤 삭제하며, 그 밖의 연결된 outbox 기록은 접수와 함께 삭제합니다. 언제든 더 이른 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 반복 제출 방지용 해시값은 10분 뒤 효력을 잃고, 이후 접수 또는 권한 있는 운영자 활동 시 삭제됩니다. 원래 IP 주소는 접수 레코드에 저장하지 않습니다. 제공자의 재해복구 이력에는 D1 요금제에 따라 운영 DB에서 삭제된 사본이 최대 30일 더 복구 가능한 상태로 남을 수 있으나, 활성 접수 기록으로 사용하지 않습니다.
8. 국외 처리와 호스팅
ChatGPT Sites의 국외 처리는 호스팅 폼 운영, 접수 저장·보안과 회신을 위해 필요합니다. 개인정보 보호법 제28조의8제1항제3호의 계약 체결· 이행에 필요한 국외 처리위탁으로 아래 내용을 공개합니다.

접수 기록은 허용된 운영자 계정만 조회합니다. 서비스 또는 역할 검토를 위해 가정, 셰프나 제3자에게 정보를 공유해야 할 때에는 공유 대상과 목적을 먼저 안내하고 필요한 추가 동의를 받습니다.
10. 정보주체의 권리
열람, 정정, 삭제, 동의 철회 또는 처리 제한을 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청 정보가 본인에 관한 것인지 확인하기 위해 합리적인 범위의 정보를 요청할 수 있습니다.
