English terms of use

1. Website scope

This website provides information about Cheffarm, accepts private-household, family-office, partnership and general enquiries, and accepts Korean Partner Chef applications. It is not an open chef marketplace, a self-service booking platform or an automatic assignment service.

2. Current service stage

Cheffarm reviews UAE/GCC household requirements through a structured, human-led process. Cheffarm OS is in pilot development. Website content does not itself confirm availability, an introduction, placement, employment, service contract or launch date.

3. Enquiries and applications

• Submit only accurate information that you are authorised to provide.
• An enquiry or application does not guarantee a response, match, interview, role or service.
• Specific scope, responsibilities, fees, compensation and working conditions require separate written confirmation.
• Do not submit sensitive or third-party information prohibited by the privacy notice.

4. Illustrative content

Content labelled “illustrative” explains how an arrangement may be structured. It is not a customer testimonial, confirmed placement, case study or performance claim.

5. Role and service conditions

Employment or contractor status, visa, accommodation, insurance, transport, confidentiality, replacement, cancellation, fees and compensation depend on the specific arrangement. No general website statement overrides separately agreed written terms.

6. Prohibited use

• Submitting another person’s information without authority
• Submitting false, unlawful or infringing material
• Automated or repeated submissions that disrupt the service
• Attempting to access protected records or interfere with security

7. Intellectual property

Cheffarm branding, original copy, design and other site content are owned by Cheffarm or the relevant rights holder. Use beyond applicable legal exceptions requires permission.

8. Changes, availability and liability

Cheffarm may update or suspend website features for product, operational or security reasons. We aim to keep information clear, but users must confirm material service or role conditions in writing before relying on them.
